General Terms:

  • All prices are subject to change and are valid while stocks last.
  • Due to the nature of fresh flowers and edible items, delivered products may differ slightly in appearance from images on the website.
  • Product photos may feature props for aesthetic purposes only; these are not included with your gift.
  • Substitutions are rare but may occur without notice if necessary due to availability or seasonality. We aim to match the original style and value, and significant changes will be communicated in advance.
  • Seasonal availability and geographic limitations may require substitutions to maintain the arrangement’s style, theme, and colour scheme. Single-flower arrangements will be matched as closely as possible if substitutions are needed.
  • If you or the recipient are not 100% satisfied with your gift, Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for us to assist with resolution.
  • In cases of incorrect products, please notify customer service within 48 hours. Items must remain unused, in original packaging, and in pristine condition for returns; otherwise, a 15% handling fee and delivery cost may apply.
  • Notify customer service within 48 hours if you are not satisfied with the product quality, we'll arrange a replacement as needed.
  • Vouchers may be subject to terms and misuse of vouchers may lead to order cancellations.
  • Ensure all recipient names and card messages are accurate, as they're printed exactly as provided.
  • For security, recipients may receive notifications (SMS, email, or WhatsApp) ahead of delivery.
  • Packaging, including floral wraps and gift boxes, may vary based on availability.

 

Delivery Terms:

  • Unless a Guaranteed delivery service option is selected, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary by 1-day.
  • Royal Mail delivery is not a guaranteed service. In a small number of cases, it could be delivered the next working day after you selected.
  • Standard Courier  delivery is not a guaranteed service. In a small number of cases, it could be delivered the next working day after you selected.
  • A surcharge may apply for deliveries outside our standard range.
  • Remote locations may experience a 1-3 day delivery delay.
  • We're not liable for late or non-delivery if incorrect contact details or addresses are provided.
  • No refunds are available if delivery can't occur due to customer errors.
  • Non-guaranteed Royalmail and Courier deliveries take place anytime between 7am -  8pm. We are not able to specify a specific delivery time.
  • If no one is available to receive your order, the courier may leave the parcel in a location they deem safe, such as a porch, shed, or with a neighbor. By proceeding with your order, you agree to accept responsibility for safe place deliveries.

Payments & Refunds:

  • Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in the original payment account. Inter-bank processing delays may apply.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original sender’s account.
  • Refunds appear on bank statements under the original purchase date.

  • Notices and legal correspondence will be sent to the email address provided at registration. Notices must be in writing and sent via email.

 

Returns And Refunds:

  • Orders may be canceled before the delivery date unless they are for next-day delivery.
  • Refunds take 3-5 business days to process, with possible delays due to inter-bank processes. Refunds are issued only to the original sender’s account.
