• Our substitution policy ensures that if specific flowers in your order are unavailable, we will replace them with alternatives of equal or greater value to maintain the quality and appearance of the bouquet. This policy is in place to ensure customers still receive a beautiful arrangement even when certain flowers are out of stock. Please be aware that, due to the natural variations in flowers, colours may sometimes vary slightly from what is pictured.

Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 with full tracking. Delivery is aimed for your selected date. While most parcels arrive on time, delivery may occasionally arrive the following day. This option does not include compensation for late delivery.
Assured Delivery (£5.99)
For date-critical occasions, choose Assured Delivery. If your gift arrives one day later than selected, you can choose either a free replacement bouquet or a full refund.

Wonderful flowers which were greatly appreciated. Arrived on time and in perfect condition
Am unhappy about this got this as a 40th birthday present once they where unpack most of the flowers were broken and after a couple of days they started dieing . I have been in contact with them for over a week and they are just ignoring me very disappointed and disgusted. Dont waste your money on them and customer service is a joke.

Oxford and Rose were great the the flowers my sister said were a fabulous and welcome surprise.
